Queenstown is the Adventure capital of NZ and a good place to party - great spot to visit in summer or winter. Christchurch was a quieter but mucher more "livable" city. The hike to Ben Lomond summit with Mounir (From Madrid) was tough as the winds on the exposed faces of the climb were galeforce (we passed a number of hikers that turned back). Summit was very cold but great views. The last photo is for all the waiting in airports ! (on that occasion I was en-route to Thailand)
