Krabi Provence. Based out of a village called Ao Nang (one streed). The 5 island tour is a snorkelling fest ! so bring your fins. Among other places we visited the locations used in "the Beach", the area is beautiful and has a couple of spectacular coves. Among other places we visited Ko Phi Phi Leh. Thankfully we visited off season so we were no mobbed by tourists and could get some decent snorkelling. I have heard some horror stories of beaches filled with tourists ......choose your times to visit. This was the start of the monsoon season. The last few shots show the street in Ao Nang where the street vendors made great BBQ's and the local bar was out of the back of a 4X4 and one sat on the kerb and drank - cool !!!
